This is a quandary which we have all (hand on heart) experienced. Sweet or Savoury? Chocolate or Cheese?

On the one hand you want to indulge in that silky sweet chocolatey goodness or that tangy, sharp but cleansing lemon dessert but on the OTHER hand, you are quite partial to nibbling on a cheese board, accompanying that creamy goodness with whipped butter and soft breads… You dread the thought of choosing incorrectly!

However which way you go when choosing the menu for your events, be rest assured that excellence will run throughout. You will not forgo flavours by choosing either!

Our Spring and Summer menu boasts mouth-watering dessert options like:

  • Coconut & mango magnum, passionfruit, mint (gf)
  • Gingerbread parfait, rum & raisin puree, condensed milk ice cream
  • Pomegranate & mint pavlova, molasses, caramelised white chocolate (gf)
  • Dark chocolate & ale cake, orange sorbet, chocolate soil
  • Yogurt mousse, dark chocolate, wild strawberries, rhubarb, black pepper

Our cheese boards ooze flavours such as:

  • The classic, Lincolnshire Poacher Vintage
  • Our time old favourite, a Colston Bassett Stilton, locally made in Leicestershire
  • The moreish Waterloo, a mild, semi-soft Guernsey milk cheese with a buttery flavour.

Our team would always suggest a choice of 3 cheeses and these will be served with homemade bread, crackers, chutney and fresh fruit.
