We are very excited to launch our new Spring/Summer menus for the 2018 season, and have been lucky enough to work with our favourite photographer Gary Summer to help capture the canapes in the most amazing light.

The canape menus include new seasonal bites, showcasing the best local produce, alongside a number of re-designed classic canapes to create our VIP menus. Our chefs have played with colour, texture and cooking techniques to craft amazing titbits which will WOW your guests, whatever the setting or occasion.

Exotic ingredients, like yakitori, wakame seaweed and grilled courgette involtini sit amongst well-known favourites like mini fish pie, spring rolls and beef tartar. The sweet options are as inviting as the savoury, featuring popcorn, a macaroon menu, homemade fruit pastilles and salted caramel.

We are sure you will find these tantalising morsels tempting, however, as always, our chefs would be delighted to create a totally bespoke menu if your event has a specific theme or you have favourite flavours you would like to include.
