Hi Juan, Thank you so much for a wonderful event, your staff were a credit to you and the food was first class. I was delighted you got there as early as you did and (without me asking) deciding that you should start serving food earlier than agreed (the right decision).
I had at least half a dozen comments from clients on the beautiful burgers and for the event we did, the food was right on the money. I was also particularly impressed that at least two of your staff at any time
were “working the crowd‟ offering drinks.

I would just like to say what a pleasure it was to be treated like a pair of perfect gents by Lindsey at the Birmingham Bentley launch on Friday, she has amazing people skills extremely friendly kind warm & intelligent and although she was posted on the coats with a gleaming smile all night, nothing was too much for her and her product knowledge was second to none, she still managed to look after us regarding food we had missed and a great supply of champs, if i ever need you guys regarding a luncheon or catering service without doubt you’ll be the first to know, the steak & chips were the best I’ve tasted in years.. medium rare the only way of course please give compliments to the chef (monk fish &
yoghurt amazing).

How can I not mention the people on site that make it 100 times easier for me – Juan and Lewis did a fab job, they would be the first there and last out every day, always willing to assist with lifting, setting up etc. I know at Allergan we all love them, but by the amount of coffee they get through, this shows how much our customers and competitors do too!
