SE Cocktails: American Beauty

Last week the SE team returned to IKON for the third year running to cater for their annual directors’ dinner, and we couldn’t help but notice that our autumnal American Beauty cocktail proved to be a hit! Shaken over ice and blended with brandy and port, this winter warmer is definitely a winner.

Ingredients

1 tbs. orange juice

1 tbs. grenadine

1/2 oz. brandy

1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth

1/4 tsp. white Creme de Menthe

1 dash port

Method

Shake all of the ingredients (except the port) together with some ice and then strain contents into a martini cocktail glass. Top off with a dash of port and then garnish with rose petal to serve.
