Dan Lawrence, our Kitchen Manager, is the man with the knowledge and has been giving us an insite into his favourite gadgets of 2012 so far!  His new love and perfect kitchen accessory is the Cavier Box, developing the spherification technique. What is that I hear you shout! It shapes liquid in to little flavoured pearls, which resembles caviar. But the innovative thing is any flavour can be created! The Handmade Press was formed in 2011 by Michael Wykes after having gaining more than 15 years’ experience working for many of the larger advertising and design agencies across the country.  Mike now works with fashion brands, music labels, publishing companies and independents all having the same passion for their product, service or communication as we do for the work we produce – something that is incredibly important in the handmade press’s eyes.
