	Earlier this month, the Stones Events team journeyed to Sunderland to cater for the Rainton Bridge North East Business Park launch. Guests were welcomed with a champagne, soft-drink and canapés reception and were also invited by the hosts to take a tour of the building before lunch. A delightful two-course meal followed, including tender braised beef, baby leeks and horseradish hollandaise, and a delightful miniature selection of quintessential English desserts such as sticky toffee pudding and pear and rhubarb crumble. Guests were served on the top floor to enjoy the panoramic views offered by this impressive corporate locale, and the welcome speeches concluded with generous servings of tea and coffee.
