	With our carbon footprint in mind, the team here at Stones Events have been working to increase the amount of locally sourced food used at our events. We have managed to add another locally sourced meat to our collection, along with our Dexter's and Hereford beef, raised in Melton Mowbary, we now use Welsh, Gloucestershire Old Spots, Saddlebacks, Middle Whites, and Large Blacks. This pork is some of the juiciest you will ever taste! Also try our local cheese selection at our next event. We use Quenby Hall for their beautifully creamy stilton, along with Sparkenhoe’s smooth, rich Red Leicester. For a sip of Leicester's finest you can choose Belvoir Fruit Farms, using their cordials to create beautifully seasonal flavoured flutes or fruit presses as a treat for those designated drivers.
