World Anti-aging Medicine Conference in Monaco – April 2010
In early April, we headed off for the bright lights of Monte Carlo to provide our excellent coffee bar service for world-renowned pharmaceutical company, Allergan, and their clients. Serving a wide selection of hot drinks including cappuccinos, espressos and café mochas, our coffee bar proved to be hugely popular over the course of the three-day event, with an average of 500 cups of coffee being served every day. We welcomed 2010 with a fabulously festive wedding reception at the delightful Quenby Hall in Leicestershire. After the speeches and a champagne toast, guests were treated to an outdoor firework display, where mini Irish coffees, Belgium hot chocolates and roasted chestnuts were being served.

Hosted by the partners of Stapleford Forum – Bentley, Lumbers, St James’s Place Wealth Management, Collective Minds, Harrods Aviation, Berkeley Insurance Group and Stapleford Park Hotel – their guests were invited to hear leading diamond cutter, Jeffrey Monnickendam, speak of diamonds and in particular on his work on the Josephine diamond, the most expensive (per carat) fancy blue diamond ever to be sold at auction. This, together with lashings of Pommery champagne and a delicious supper by Stones Events, fuelled sparkling conversations in which, it seems, many men were reminded by their wives that Christmas is just around the corner ...
